Help shape the strategy for a new Mobile App for the Red-Handed Pig "The Spotter" product

This project is requesting consulting to help shape the strategy for a mobile app for "The Spotter" product. So, as an alternative to including a "hand-written" note next to the pig, the person who set the pig in the situational area, could choose to go to the Red-Handed Pig (The Spotter) mobile app and have a text (anonymous or not) sent to the person being "spotted". The text would be from the RH pig which would presumably include the pig's face along with a text first stating "YOU'VE BEEN SPOTTED!"... and then a text about the "praise" (for the positive event) or "encouragement to do better" or "action required" (for the negative event).
