irrigation water run off (through NRCS simulator data collection ,Multiple linear regression , regression tree)

a) proposal to write for my documentation:the proposal is to model the output of a simulator of a hydrological environment, give a detailed description of the capabilities of that simulator (variables of interest, assumptions made in the model, how real-world parameters/data are obtained to make the simulator produce data that will be applicable to the problem that i wish to address in my research which is irrigation water runoff) This should include a description of the abstraction of the problem from the real world (ie the precision irrigation problem) to a system solution, where the constraints, inputs and outputs of the system can be defined. Thus the types of techniques that can be applied, and reasons for this can be elaborated, with particular reference to what answer is being sought and how this allows the original problem to be addressed.
