Startup Concept Healthcare

Looking to build an untethered personal health record and health information exchange focused on consumer engagement related to currently available healthcare products and services. This is a healthcare startup that will collect personal health information from patients and consolidate it into a easily readable and transferable document to allow people to get the care they need when they need it. The goal is to use this document to streamline the process of care delivery and alleviate excess time in redundant paperwork. We are doing on the ground consumer data collection this Summer with an envisioning product being created by a Louisville Company, Interapt. Would like to begin some coding late Summer and Fall. Will want to do some discovery with any future programmers and it would okay if somebody was winding up a project or only have 10-20 hours a week to spend. I am a physician, so it is difficult to obtain free time to manage this. I need people who are good at learning the vision, acting, and asking questions when needing help.
