MT4 Alert indicator for RN and Pivot Points based Setups

I need a developer to write an MT4 indicator with 2 main distinct functionalities: 1. Provide a runtime alert (message+sound) whenever the current bar touches the levels according to the setup rules described in the strategy sheet – this will mean that a potential setup might be currently forming and it calls for immediate attention. 2. Draw a BUY/SELL arrow at the close of the bar whenever the signal is confirmed as being valid. See signal conditions in strategy sheet. PV Levels = Daily Pivot Points and MID-LEVELS according to the Floor PV Point formula. RN Levels = Round Numbers (such as 00, 50, 25 fixed price levels). All formulas must be coded in the indicator (no reference to any external indy). Setups are based on identifying whether the last 1 and 2 bars have crossed a combination of two or three PV/RN levels, and whether they close before/after the last level, how deep it was pierced and how much price retraced; comparing these pip distances with the pip distance of each of the predetermined setups will define if the signal is valid or not. There are currently 2 continuation setups and 5 reversal setups that the program must be able to identify. Two of the reversal setups rely on identifying an “engulfing” candle pattern and a “pinbar” candle pattern. More details of the setups (setups sheet) and complete requirements will be given in private to the selected provider. MAIN REQUIREMENTS GENERAL: • For Metatrader 4 platform. • The final MQ4 code file must be delivered. • MQL4 quality code which must contain clear comments and explanations written in english. • Must not be dependent on any other external indicator. • Must not be dependent on any particular broker or type of broker. • Must automatically adjust to 4 or 5 digits brokers. • Must display and work correctly in Mt4 strategy tester, including visual mode. • Must work with 5, 15 and 30 minutes chart. • Must allow to be used simultaneously in multiple charts, pairs and timeframes without noticeable performance penalty. PIVOT POINTS • Must not be dependent on any third-party indicators for calculations. • DAILY PIVOT POINTS based on the Floor Pivot Points formula ([login to view URL]). • Must include M1 to M6 MID-LEVELS • Set by default for GMT+0, but must allow for hour shift (see Swingtree mq4 code for example) by parameter. • Must ignore weekend data to calculate Monday pivot levels, and must work correctly both with a broker that display or doesn’t display weekend data. ROUND NUMBERS • Parameter for “RN interval”. Will use 25 (pips) by default, which means that it will consider a RN level at every 25 pips (example: 00,25,50,75). • Must allow user to change this parameter. Normal usage would be to change it to: 100, 50, 25 or 10. • If parameter is 0 (zero) it will ignore this parameter during execution. Many thanks.
