I have currently migrated x2 Exchange 2013 to Exchange 2016, I have over 6 years experience with Exchange environments, steps below of migration plan 1. setup DNS records 2. prepare and/or purchase certificated for exchange and OWA 3. Configuration of Exchange, Policy, OWA etc. 4. setup of exchange EDB(Mailbox Databases) etc. 5. setup of user accounts in active directory 6.
