Dual-platform Messaging App with Analytics

I'm looking for a resourceful developer to create an application specifically for both Telegram and WhatsApp. The key purpose of the app is auto-posting blog content to the platform channels and compiling user stats. Expectations for the app include: - Compatibility with both Telegram and WhatsApp platforms - Autonomous posting capabilities of blog articles to the channels - Collection of user statistics encompassing the number of views, interaction rates, duration of visit, and referrals by subscribers to the channel - The statistics should be presented in the form of graphs, tables, and charts for easy comprehension An ideal freelancer for this project would be adept in Telegram and WhatsApp API, and experienced in developing similar apps. A solid understanding of data analytics is also vital to successfully compile and display user statistics. A Telegram channel to be created where posts/articles from my blogs will be auto posted to the channel. I need a Telegram/WhatsApp application. The application should be capable of collecting stats of each user like: a) How many articles has the user read along with the date? b) How much time the user has spent reading each article? Need this for each article. c) Each user gets a referral link using which he/she can refer other members. This is needed because there is a reward for each user referred. d) A daily dashboard will be published containing the top 10 referrers and readers for the day and month to date. e) A report also needs to be sent to the telegram group admin end of day every day with complete details like the user list, how many articles have each user read, how many referrals each user has made, what is the total read time for each user (this is obtained by adding all the read times for all the articles read by the user) f) There should be daily, weekly, monthly, and all-time cumulative reports for each user. g) It would be great if the reports were stored in a cloud every day/every month. All detailed reports as well as dashboards. h) Most importantly, the application should be capable of validating human and bot clicks, making the bot clicks/read invalid. i) Users should be able to view their stats anytime by typing a command or their daily stats sent to their mobile phone once every 24 hours without them even asking. They can opt in or opt out for that daily report. Default is opt in.
