Simple IOS Application

Hello Guys. We Need the Following urgently ready before 22/8/2013 6:00 PM. GMT+2 An IOS application that opens an embedded web browser that grapes a website from a known web server and it will act as the following: 1- When opening the application two different splash screens is shown for some time, during this time the application must grape the home page and save it into the device and if there is enough time to make the application save every page the user visit and things like that i'll be glad. 2- After downloading the homepage the splash screen will disappear the browser starts containing the home page of the responsive design of the site that looks like an application. 3- if the connection is down it must NOT show the error in connection page please. 4- NO URL box must be shown, the page must fit to full screen and without the green progress bar. 5- the application must notify the user if a new advertisement in a specific page was added using an ajax request. (a number on the icon of the application and a massage in the notification area) (We will discuss the details later). 6- the application is in Arabic. 7- the application must rum on all devices IOS 5 or higher (IPhone, IPad). 8- The application will be forced to be shown in portrait mode only. 9- will will provide the application icon and the link for the website and the splash screen pictures.
