Mobile Website Builder Script and Functioning Website - Admin Area - User Area

I require a script that I can install on my linux server that will allow a user to enter a URL of a website. The script will then generate a mobile version of the website, and allow the user to edit content, layout, and design, of the generated mobile website. The user will have the ability to preview the site using a mobile simulator. If the client likes the mobile website (and would like to save it and use it), he/she will then enter into a subscription agreement with our company to host the mobile website on our linux server. The user must also be able to generate a redirect script that can, be copied and pasted into his regular website to, point mobile visitors to the new matching mobile website hosted on our linux server. Ideally I would like the user interface to be placed on a wordpress page, and the user would be able to save his or her mobile projects only if logged into wordpress. If this can be created as a wordpress plugin great. I am pretty much looking for a clone of [login to view URL] or www.bmobileized.com. How much could you do this for?
