Hey! If you want a professional work, I've been developing applications for bigger companies (can't enlist them here, because of confidentiality agreements, only in chat). I've recently did a somewhat similar app, where the phone was periodically (1min) checking the cloud and sending some sms messages based on the information from the cloud. But as a note, sending media content is a long running operation, so probably we'll need some retry mechanism here (user-based or automatic) My work includes setting up a development board, so that you can see the whole development process and adding CI/CD setup, Firebase tooling for monitoring crashes, easier distribution, etc... Do you need it for personal use if so we can use the nominal design for the app which could help in cost reduction? * As your posted budget range is a little bit low for the mobile application. 2. In each 15 minutes app need to record action would be also voice? Do you need a reminder for every 15 minutes? 3. By the interruption you mean if the app turns off because of some reason it should notify somehow either text or voice message. Auto shut off is clear to me whenever you start this app it would be automatically off after 8 hours or can be done manually if you need to fix specific time can do that also.
