Create a Motivational App

Hi, I need a phone app that is simple yet user friendly. I want the user to create their list of things that can be either ‘to do’ kind of list (that is one off) or ‘build up a habit’ one (that is more on a regular basis, that the user can set for specific dates/days of the weeks/times) or both. I want it to have a feature of being able to give notifications, categorise lists into groups, to drag the items on the list in order of priorities and to delete things that are done or not needed anymore. That’s pretty much it. The design of the app doesn’t matter much (in terms of colours and stuff like that). I just want it to be intuitive to use and user friendly.
