NO change in site or ui or functionalities is needed just change the interaction of two buttons as explained: When clicked the "Audio Button" instead of file upload, it will directly open voice record of phone, Voice will ve recorded in ".wav" format. And recorded voice file will be given to file selector. Second when clicked "Camera Icon" instead of file upload, it will directly open camera of phone, A photo will be taken with "lowest possible size & resolution". And taken photo will be given to file selector. Both Android and iPhone application is needed. For android application all phones having Android 3.0 and above should be supported. For iPhone application all iPhones 4S and above should be supported. Source code and apllications are needed. Please just open the page before bidding
