I want to produce an app for Scanning documents, save them, and share by sending to email. There are lots of these apps on the market. We just want to make an UX design / interface that we like better. The best way for you to price the exact capabilities/functions of the app, is to look at this: [login to view URL] We want the exact same functions as this app - we will just provide a different design. You will have to produce for both iPad, and android. And will be responsible for getting the app launched on both app stores.

Hello, How are you? Do you know "Evernote"? Please check that app. I have developed similar to "Evernote" for iOS and Android. I can show your my app's source code on teamviewer and screen shot. I know tiny scanner as well and used that on my phone. I will use OpenCV, and auto croping or manual croping by using OpenCV and process images by using CIImage and convert pdf.
