Simple directory list with search

We need a simple android app that takes info from sqlite and displayes all info for the user. Also there needs to be a search box(suggestions appear as you type) on top of screen When app starts a welcomescreen apears. Then the user clicks on a button which takes him to the main page which shows main categories in a scrool view(caterories from sqlite). The user chooses category which takes him to subpage which displays subcategories(also from sqlite). When user chooses subcategory it takes him to the info page of that subcategory. Also at startup the app needs to check a url(if there is a connection to the internet) to see if there is an sql update with new categories. If there is an update it downloads it. So this app is a kind of info directory with categories and a search box. All needs to be in a nice and simple graphic design. Whole source code needs to be available for us to see. Code can be done in android studio or eclipse.
