Hi, I'm new to freelancer.com. I want to develop a proof-of-concept mobile app using React Native as the front-end and NodeJS on the server side with MySQL as the RDBMS running on Ubuntu (or other Linux favours or MacOS). I have already developed the wireframes using Adobe XD. Here is a synopsis of the app's functionality: 1. Users: - There are three types of user, namely Corporate, Production Line and Individual - Corporate and Individual can be self-registered - Production Line can only be added by Corporate - Registered users can login, logoff, update profile and change password - There are two types of profiles: Individual and Business (which is for Corporate and Production Line) 2. Corporate: - Add new Production Line user - List all Production Line users - Update profile of selected a Production Line user 3. Production Line - Manage Product Catalog (List All, New, and Update) - Manage QR Codes (List All, New, Print) - Register product by scanning a QR Code - Assign ownership of the product to one of the Individual users - List all registered products 4. Individual - Scan a QR Code to display the product information a product assigned by a production line - List all received products Need the app ASAP. Pay upon acceptance with source codes and installation instructions provided. Thanks.

I have read everything and as per my understanding, you are looking for a mobile App having functionalities to manage different types of user and products, where user can create, update, list, and assign products based on their roles specified. One type of users are also allowed to create other users. Here are my questions: - Do you want the functionality to only list the product and assign product to individuals, or you also want to have a functionality where users can also purchase some products? - Do you want to integrate any payments method for the user to pay for the site to use it, or to purchase a product? - Would you be flexible in your budget, as our estimate is higher than your selected budget.
