"The postfix is installed with only necessary to set up a redirection of emails to Outlook." You mean change settings on postfix to recieve emails from outlook? It is correct? Also i can configure for you email deliverabily. To prevent your mails going to junk folder.

You will need to configure the email account on the server to make it work. I can get it completed for you as I have 8 years of experience in the hosting industry.

Hello. You will need an imap mailbox manager like dovecot installed to allow you to connect to your vps from Outlook. I can set it up on CentOs for you. It will be done quickly.

During that period I have installed, administrated and maintained over 120 various servers, such as Web Server (Apache, IIS), Mail Server (Postfix, Exim, MS Exchange), DNS Server (BIND, Unbound, MS DNS), etc., based on , FreeBSD, CentOS, RHL, etc. Moreover, please be noted of my substantial experience in working with MS Servers and other MS products, as well. I`d like to mention here that postfix is a mail transfer agent, so it`s cannot redirect email to outlook, you can use postfix just for sending email. To receive them you should install IMAP/POP3 "client", for instance dovecot. Also it`s a good idea to have SPAM filter and Antivirus installed , if you are going to use this mail server on public (internet). Hi, I'm able to help. Do you just need an outgoing (SMTP) or this should come with incoming (IMAP/POP3) mail server also? I suggest to install dovecot on it. I have a vps. I already have postfix installed and working properly. Today I want to just create an email with password so I can set up in Outlook on my PC. The postfix is installed with only necessary to set up a redirection of emails to Outlook.
