MySQL Query with Trigger

I have a website hosted with service provider "Hostpapa" . This website has a MySql database/ Once contract awarded, we will schedule a time for you to login to my computer with Teamviewer, and access the database to code this query/trigger. We need a new table created, that overwrites with current data, every time a new entry is made in another table. Table 1 is already existing with data, called "form-job_hazard_analysis". When a new entry is added to this table, a query will be triggered as below. Table 2 will be overwriten, and keep the most current results only of the query, after a new entry is added to the above table. the table is called "form-query_jha" A query is run with the following parameters: SELECT `form-job_hazard_analysis`.* FROM `form-job_hazard_analysis` WHERE DATE_SUB(CURDATE(),INTERVAL 3 DAY) <= `form-job_hazard_analysis`.date_of_jha; The results of this query will overwrite the data in a table called "form-query_jha" All columns of the original table query will be overwritten in the result table.
