Hi i can create this POS software for you i will use the C# language with .net frame work technology and backend database will be MYSQL as you want this will in windows form Desktop application. but you have to test it few time as i don't have a BarCode reader the output Receipt will be in txt format but it can be pdf(report) or any other format if you want.
