Update wordpress and all plugins to latest versions

I need to update a website created in wordpress (version 4.038) for one of my clients. The site is not complex and is fully functional, but needs to be updated because the version of wordpress in use is no longer supported The php version must also be updated and the plugins present must also be updated, maintaining all the current functions of the site. Particular attention must be paid to the interactive map present in the home of the site which is dynamically compiled using specific tags of the articles (posts Taxonomy plugin). In the case of non-updatable plugins, replacement with another similar / compatible component with the requested use is required. The graphic theme has already been updated and supports wordpress version 6.1.1 The site update will take place in a separate environment (a clone of the online site) and at the end of the work, it will then have to be migrated to the current site. A thorough and proven knowledge of wordpress is required, as well as php programming and knowledge of MySql databases.
