Functional Specification for a new events listing website

My client is planning to launch a new events listings website, where event organisers can post details of their events, and users can search for events in their preferred area and categories. We are looking for an experienced technical writer to write a comprehensive technical specification for the web application, to include: - Full sitemap / wireframes - Page (design) templates for each of the pages on the site - Details of the overall site functionality, and functionality of each area/page The functional specification will be clear and complete, allowing any web designer/developer to implement the system, by reading and providing the features detailed in the specification. We are aiming to be able to finalise this document within 10 days. The site will have 3 user groups: - Users (who can register and view relevant venues and events, and add their own events) - Administrators - who can administer the site, add categories, view usage reports etc. - Editors - who can view and edit/update event listings The site will allow free and paid event listings to be submitted, and will integrate with Facebook to allow users to inform their friends of forthcoming events, and to 'Like' them ...
