36424 Need Formmail configured

I simply need [login to view URL] configured to work with my website. I have the online form designed already but need 1 addition made to it in which will allow the person filling out the form to use a dropdown menu in which to select which person they want to send the e-mail to. Example: I fill out the form information and at the end of the form I use a dropdown menu which shows me a selection of 5 different people in which I choose the Sales Manager and therefore the form information is submitted to the Sales Manager. I will supply the HTML form and/or the link to where it is currently running now. The programmer will need to configure whatever form of [login to view URL] that they prefer to work as explained above. Matt Wrights formmail script would be perferred and is a free version of formail. Best of luck and Thank You.
