Project for creation of 6 cute cartoon figures for Indian wedding

Project for creation of cute cartoon figures Require for personal, non-commercial use, cute looking cartoons of myself and my fiancée in certain poses and clothing. Output must be in a file format that allows proportionate resizing w/o loss of quality. These will be 2D cartoons, with simple, soft pastel shades (not "textured" and not giving a 3D-"look"). There will be a total of 6 such cartoon characters that will need to be drawn and 6 facial features each for 2 characters. 4 normal cartoons (#3 - #6) 2 cartoons (#1 and #2) with 6 facial variations each (A - F) I will send across photos of myself and my fiancée as well as the clothing so that these cartoons can be drawn out. This work would require a few iterations between me and the freelancer. The deliverables are: 1. A set of files in standard file formats for each of the cartoons specified above
