Create image for new website

I am working on designing a website that will be used as an Author website. I have some graphics that need to be altered and merged with others to create the image to be used for the index page. I have altered a couple of pictures myself to help give you an idea of what i want the page to look like. The attached zip file has much more info as to how i want this graphic to look. Attached are some existing graphics that you will need to work with. The face graphic needs to be changed to basically black and white accept for the eyes need to be colored (Blue). - The face shot needs to be stripped of its background - replaced with a transparent background. Only the head/face and jacket should be left. on the image of the city we need to probably mirror the image and then extend the flags strips out like i show in image "[login to view URL]" - that will mean we need to try and recreate some more city to fill in the gaps in the picture - however the head will take up most of that space. We do not want to mirror the statue, coins, moon ----- only the city scape should be mirrored. I would like to see how the graphic would look with the portion of the pictue above the flag increasingly darkened from left to right - somewhat of a gradient effect. If it is done correctly we can probably not really worry much about the extension of the city scape. Again in this picture scenario - the flag itsef remains colored and vivid - just the area above it is darkened - shaded or whatever word is appropriate. I would also like to see another version of the altered graphic with the entire image darkened from left to right. Also on the very bottom of the right hand side of the pictue will be a cat. The size of the graphic should be about he size of the page suggestion image. The attached graphics titled [login to view URL] and badmockup are simply very poorly done graphics that might help you understand what we want. Thanks ## Deliverables We would like to see your work as you proceed on the project so there is not any confusion with you submitting something that is entirely not what we are looking for.
