Dining table/Coffee Table with Internal Carousel - repost

I am seeking to create a product that has been my brainchild for some time now. Without getting too descriptive, it will be a line of coffee table/dining tables that have an internal carousel aspect to them. This carousel can be operated manually from and exterior handle on the table but the carousel rotates 360 degrees. Picture a train track or bottling company conveyor. However, the metal that comprises the components of the carousel must be of furniture quality, as the carousel will be visible. I have a powerpoint document with a rough illustration that I will send to interested and competent parties. This will be a challenging but hugely rewarding experience for anything who thinks they might be able to exercise their mechanical abilities. At first, a 3-D rendering is in order but it means nothing if it cant be translated into fabrication. Whether this is you or your job stops after the rendering aspect is up in the air. However, the rendering must be capable of being transformed into a physical product if you are to take the job. Thanks!
