Wordpress Skin/Theme Installation, Photo/Image Editing

I have a site with Wordpress already installed, I am looking for someone experienced with Wordpress that is able to install a complete skin that I provide and make it look professional. It is also important that you are experienced with Photoshop or a similar photo editing tool. I have no need for the blog post element to be used on the homepage as I just require the image as provided to be seen on the homepage, the link to other pages when created will show below the header. The header will contain the name of the company and the tag line of Complete Property Maintenance Solutions, as displayed in the image. The header will show on all created pages with the company name and the previously mentioned tag line. Any questions pmb me
