25215 Creation of Game Add-On

I need an add-on for my club game at http://www.clubjiggles.com. I would like a "Bruno The Loan-Shark" option where players who were in desperate need of game cash could borrow up to 2X their networth at 25% interest that would have to be repaid in full to "Bruno" within 48 hours. If the loan is not repaid interest and all in the alloted time, the player would lose 50% of their bouncers, dancers, and customers in a revenge attack by Bruno. Players would visit the club to borrow the money and could opt to either return to pay "Bruno" in person or have it deducted automatically from their "bank". I think it is easier then it sounds, but I'm so busy with the semester and family and job, that I can barely squeeze in time to write this.
