298559 PHP-script for a resource site

Experienced PHP/MySQL coder needed for a new resource site. No design skills needed as that part has already been taken care of. I need someone that knows what he is doing and has great experience with powerful and dynamic back-end scripts. If we can communicate via ICQ it's a big plus. I've tried to break the project down below so it might be easier for you to place a bid. The budget is not too big, so please keep your bids reasonable. ADVERTISING SYSTEM 3. DYNAMIC FAQ PAGE 4. REGISTRATION SYSTEM 5. STATISTICS 6. ARTICLE POSTING 7. ANNOUNCEMENT SYSTEM ----------------------- 1. RESOURCE LISTING Needs to be very dynamic with what info can be posted in each category. Only registered webmasters can submit to the resources and all posts needs to be reviewed before they are added. It probably need some kind of integration with the advertising system. (2.) 2. ADVERTISING SYSTEM The back-end script is all handled by the administrator. Top banner on each page (468x60), top listings in the resources #1, #2 and 3. This may be changed later on so I prefer some kind of variables for this. 4 buttons on each page (120x60). It should be possible to buy a 120x60 button to display on one separate category page. The ones that have bought a button for the index page will be rotated on the category pages in the empty slots. Same thing with the top banner if there are empty slots. The index page must be separated from the categories as there are a different pricing structure. 3. DYNAMIC FAQ PAGE A system Where the administrator easily can add most frequently asked questions and answers. 4. REGISTRATION SYSTEM Webmasters need to register to be able to post a resource or announcement. (email address = username, password, nick name, website, date) In the registration process they must be able to choose if they would like to recieve an email notification when an announcement (7.) has been posted on the site. It must send out forgotten passwords as well. The administrator should be able to send out emails to all registered webmasters. 5. STATISTICS Display stats in admin (at least top 100 and the latest 100 referring url's) 6. ARTICLE POSTING Should only be availible for the administrator to post. (title, article, nick name, website, picture, date). Short version will be posted on index page with a link to the complete article. 7. ANNOUNCEMENT SYSTEM Registered webmasters can post announcements. A short version is displayed on the index page with a link to the complete message. The announcement must be approved by the administrator to be posted. When posted on the site an email should be sent out to the webmasters that opted-in for it in the registration process.
