38876 Video Upload & Utility

I need a Video Upload feature and a utility to manage it. A user will upload a video and the feature will load it and display the title for other users to view it by clicking on the title or picture. The video will then play on the user's computer using their window media or quicktime or whatever their default player is. The utility will allow the admin to see all videos in the same display but allow the admin to delete any unacceptable content. Also need a User Registration Template added to a site that already has one. So there will be two registration templates. The user will select which one they need by selecting a radio button and then "Register."
