Change to existing ASP/SQL application from xcent.com

Hi, I have auction site software from [[login to view URL]][1] that I need some changes to. It works as freelance script too but need little more modifications as follows. 1. Auctioneer comes to site and register to the add his project/request. 2. We will charge auctioneer fix price (configurable, say $5) 3. Check if the Auctioneer have enough money ($5)in the account (and more if added any other like premium or featured). 4. If he does not have money, take him to verisign (or paypal) gateway to add money money. 5. After he pays he will add the auction. 6. Bidders come to bid on the auction. 7. Out of all the bidders he accepts the bid. ( Sofware already have the above flow/feature need the following changes) 8. Auction does not close. 9. if he choose the bidder who willing to get the project/request done for say $100. 10 present the auctioneer to add those funds and take him to the gateway. 11. Bidder do the work. 12. Auctioneer accept the work done. and release the money to bidder and auction closes. please only bid if you have already worked on the [login to view URL] auction site software before or very proficient with ASP/SQL.
