Code PSD to wordpress theme

Our PSD is similar to [login to view URL] with refrence to how columns with snippets of categorized blog POSTS and PAGES are posted on the index page. Detailed information will be provided to Bidders ~ Code this PSD into Tableless CSS and XHTML strict ~ CSS and XHTML codes for all pages must be valid ~ Compatible with the latest wordpress version ~ 5 Widgetized sidebars (1 on the right hand side, 3 as bottom sidebars and the last one below the footer) ~ Theme can be fluid (preferably) or fixed (fixed theme must fit all popular screen resolutions with no left scrolling) ~ Must be compatible with ie, firefox, opera and all major browsers ~ Graphics must remain the same crisp quality **~ Theme must be VERY mobile friendly** (wap version) It will be the chosen coders responsibility to install fully functioning theme on our server and set up the pages to reflect the attached screenshot. Only Bidders with ratings will be considered. Please bid appropriately, this is a small project. All bidders must estimate the time of completion for this project.
