Interactive Community Website (music related)

Need to clone a website and add features. My music related website has been around for years and now needs a new look and updated features. I wrote the site entirely in asp/vbscript and it uses a few components and an MS Access database. I would like a new site to use SQL and include some new features: - ability to upload more than one mp3 file per band - include a blogging feature for members - include a forums area - better playback of mp3's (currently you click to download then play) - include a rating feature - include a fan, and venue login (currently only bands can self-register) - needs to convert the current database so users can continue to log into the new site with old information - further details and specifics to be discussed/outlined upon acceptance and advice of developer needs to be developed in asp or asp.net so i can make future edits (no c or java or PHP) to be run on an IIS6 server The current website can be seen at <[login to view URL]> everything except the logo needs the new look. please make a proposal and include URL's that display your experience with graphic design and database development thank you ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
