182319 Paypal Loan Script

hi... i need a script for online loans,i want to loan paypal money to people that need it and can pay no more then 5 days,the payback depends on how many days after they will pay,i need the script to take as much as possible details on the loaner,and after submitting the first form with details,to transfer me 0.01$,to see his paypal account details,if he has a credit card on paypal,i will loan him the money,that means until here we have 2 pages,1 for entry with details collection,2transfering money to me 0.01$,and after that he will get a email respond that says that i will get back to him no more then 7 hours,i want the script to be egold to if you can,the same thing just egold. if you have any ideas you can add i will love to hear them! thanks!
