Simple ASP / Access program

Need simple ASP forms & access tables for a pricing program, following the data model pictured above. Ability to add a new customer number and it be assigned to a default price level (via a drop down). The default information would come from a classes table. Will need a classes form for adding and modifying classes. Each _customer's default class discounts_ will need the ability to be adjusted and stored for retireval (The data model attached shows my way of thinking on that). When modifying a class discount, this needs to be a variable to adjust the discount, so if the MD (vendor discount), changes this adjusted variable changes, as well. On each of the customer form displays, will need to show the GP for each class, using a simple formula - For each class this would be the class discount minus the freight percentage plus the vendor discount divided by the GP for that customer. The fomula is shown in the excel document, attached. Bascially, a form will have a input box for a new customer id as 110 for example and drop down to pick the default price level it would be assigned. The customer form for 110, would then show all the classes with their default values for vendor discount, freight percentage and the price discount and it's calculated GP. Each of those fields would have the ability to be modified and stored for that customer ID. If that form is updated, the new results would then display and show the default value. Will need a simple customer look up form, as well to display the above results for the customer. So for your protection, if you are interested in this project, please work-out and document the requirements onsite. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
