Water Well Donation Site

This is a site that will collect donations to help build clean drinking water wells in all parts of the world. I am not sure what skills will be needed to build this site. Here is a list of what I would like for the site to do: 1. Must have a CMS that allows me to add, edit and delete pages, Header Links, Footer Links, Main Page content, Add photos throughout the site on all pages if needed, etc. I do not have website experience so I must have a super good CMS that is easy to use. 2. Must be able to see a list of donors, contact information, amount donated, etc. and able to add, edit and delete donors from CMS. 3. Must have an automated email function to send welcome, thank you for donating, etc. to donors. I can edit the emails in the CMS. 4. It has all the functions that I need. I have to beable to control it from the CMS completly.... Editing, emails, donor list, dates they joined, how much donated, send email when time to rejoin, edit pages, add pages, delete pages, header, footer links, add photos, remove photos, etc.
