Macintosh-style app for Windows Mobile Pocket PC & Smartphone

This is a simple application for a programmer who knows what they're doing. We want a Mac OS X "Finder" for the Windows Mobile Smartphone. This application should offer users a Mac-like experience on the Windows Mobile Pocket PC and Smartphone. Elements of this "PocketFinder" should include : * Dock at the bottom of the screen for launching applications. Each application's icon should appear in the semi-translucent dock. (shown at the bottom of the main screenshot on this page: [login to view URL]) * Mac-like desktop on which the file system of the Windows Mobile Smartphone appears as a hard drive. Storage cards should also appear as "mounted volumes" on the desktop. Desktop should allow its background image to be changed by the user. * Finder-like file-navigation, as shown in the main screenshot here: [login to view URL] *Integrate full search and file display capabilities like the Macintosh's Finder program AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE, USER INTERFACE SHOULD MIMIC THE MACINTOSH PROGRAM. PLEASE HAVE EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE IN BOTH THE POCKET PC AND SMARTPHONE UIs. I will pay good money for a great user interface. Experience with both the Macintosh and Pocket PC or Smartphone is a plus!!! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
