Outlook Plugin

I need a plugin for outlook exress/ms outlook that - if selected/checked - will add a certain domain suffix to the email of the receiver. eg i send and email to somebody and when the plugin is selected, it always adds ".[login to view URL] at the end of the email address (I can't use exact email for the example as this is blocked by the filters of the site considering that i m posting real emails here) :) If you have some similar way of doing this then your suggestion is welcomed.
