Auto Classified Website

We are wanting to start a free classified website for listing cars,motorbikes, trucks and Auto Parts. We have the hosting and template and have open auto classified script installed on host account but need someone with expert knowledge to make this a classified website. If you would rarther use a different script then we do not mind. As long as it is fully automatic for the seller. They need to be able to register an account and post a classified for free. We would prefer to be able to approve the ads prior to going live. We have started working on the front page logo etc. We want to be able to offer banner advertising throught the site to offer to local businesses This needs to be comeplted urgently and the site must be completed ready to the point of advertising to people to start posting classifieds.
