Magento Design required

I need a Magento design created. I want to be able to choose background textures and colours from the backend. For an idea of the design, I like certain elements of this one, such as the dropdown menus on the top bar, and the tabbed product attributes. [login to view URL] Specification: - Zoomable product images - Edit logo, background texture and main colours/fonts from backend. - Dropdown menus as described - Create/edit slideshows to be displayed wherever required. - HTML5 and CSS3 validation to be passed - As few images as possible. - Tabbed product attributes - jQuery used where possible - Fluid width. - Ajax based cart I know this is hard to describe, but I like the design linked above, but a more modern, up to date version of this for a clothing brand.
