Magento Expert Needed with CSS/Design skills :-) PSD2Magento

Here are the jobs I need doing and they need starting straight away. I need the first 2 starting immediately. 1st Shop 1. Our shopping cart keeps crashing and is going really slow. This needs fixing. 2. We need the style of the shopping cart changed to match the whole of our site. 3. We need a delivery block adding to the product pages and the shopping cart page. 4. I need the sitemap page matching the design of the site. 5. I need the contact us page matching the design of the site. 6. I need the manufacturers page matching the design of the site. 7. I want the url of the contact us page changing from /contacts to /contact-us 8. I want a small block on the front page with a slide of manufactures scrolling in it this would replace the current manufacturers block. 9. I need the column on the mobiles page to be as wide as the column on the rest of the sites pages. 10. On the product page there is a placeholder for manufacturer images. We need it to drag these images from the manufacturers extension. We also need the background of the placeholder to be grey. 2nd Shop We then need a 2nd shop setting up on Magento using the same install and integrate a PSD we have. Thank You
