phpbb3 template

I have a website: [login to view URL], which is built using phpbb3, if you visit the website you will see that i have started to modify a template to get the theme and look of this website: http://www.security-vacancies.net. As you will see i have the header in place and will make the small tiny changes myself, what i need is for somebody to add the footer areas to the siteso that they expand to 100% and so that the main body of the site can be as long as it needs to be without running in to the footer. This should be a quick and simple job for a professional phpbb3 designer. If i am honest i haven't really used phpbb3 before and if i wanted to sit down for a day or two could probably make all of the changes myself, but i have't really got the time and would like this achieved as soon as possible. I ahve all the images needed etc, it goes without saying that once the template is completed it becomes my property which can not be used anywhere else. Thanks, happy bidding
