Simple CMS - PHP/MySQL

Hi, I need a programmer who is VERY good at PHP, CSS, and MySQL. (JavaScript expertise a plus). Task: To build a very simple website template with a backend in MySQL. "Simplicity and elegance" are the keywords. Features: 1) Navigation tabs using CSS. 2) All articles, text to be stored in database. 3) A consistent layout for images etc. Admin interface: 1) Ability to post articles very quickly. 2) Ability to modify the HTML header, title, description, keywords, etc. very quickly (simple forms). Criteria: 1) You must speak grammatically correct English. If you are not confident of your English, please do not bid as communication becomes difficult. 2) You must be available for voice chat on Gtalk/Skype. 3) Write clean/robust and modular code. You must be willing to adapt your coding style as per my requirement. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project. ## Platform LINUX ONLY. You must be familiar with Linux for this project. You will work live on my linux server.
