Website fixes

I have a website that I have almost ready to go live. I had it coded from a graphical design, and it was done fairly well but not to my satisfaction, the coder couldn't or didn't make changes that were necessary. I have a number of minor coding issues that affect the display of the layout, some in full width, some in tablet width, some when I hold the iphone in portrait display mode, and some that appear only in specific platforms. I have made a list of items, but my goal with this job is that the site must be coded PERFECTLY before I consider the job done and release the funds. This means that I will sign off on a final approval for the site before releasing funds. It will also be an asset if you have programming skills in addition to regular css and html coding. I can provide a style and typography guide from the original graphic designer in addition to a list that I have compiled of all the issues I see with the coding and screenshots to assist in the explanation. The design was also implemented with Genesis for wordpress, so if you are familiar with that it would also help.
