We have a custom module that collects about 50 pieces of unique information that is posted to our site by our users. That information is displayed in a node with using Views. Our *clients* need to be able to log in and respond to each of those pieces of information using a form. What we need is to have created is: 1 - A custom form that can both read the data from the node, but *also* gives our client the opportunity to reply with static answers from drop-downs, radio buttons and text boxes. A wireframe and mock-up is available. 2 - Save the new data, perhaps in a node, so that both users and clients can refer back to the information.
