Convert static website to CMS

Dear coders, Im looking for someone who can turn a static website (built with tables) into a div layout, CSS, cross browser compatable theme masterpeice - to be used with the Open Source CMS - Drupal. I will be seeking advice from applicants as to which CMS you would recommend moving forward with, but at this stage i think Drupal is the best option. I would also look at the possibility of using Wordpress. The site is currently working on a testing server, however some design elements may change slightly through this upgrade. If you're a master at CSS and Drupal, and eat conversions for breakfast, i want to hear from you. Im looking for someone specialising and who is experienced in this area. Im willing to pay for quality and efficient turnaround. All information and current site links will be provided to those interested. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
