CSV File to DBF Conversion

Hi All Essentially I have 3 sites all using .CSV files for order creation. A customer orders a product and CSV files are created with all the order information inside them. These files are stored for download manually from the site admin section. Part of this work was started but the developer dissapeared half way through work due to illness 1. We want these CSV files changing to DBF format. DBF files are to be generated every hour and placed in a directory on the server called (DBF Files) Our Opera finacial software will then collect these files by ftp from this directory automatically. 2. The view orders part of the website (in the admin section) needs to be changed, At the moment this section shows all the orders waiting to be downloaded as CSV files (manually) once you have downloaded these orders the section would then be blank. Now we need the website to show all orders that are placed on the website. 2B The information needed in the View orders section is to be as follows Order ID Customer Email Address The Date the order was placed Order Status ( Successful / Declined ) Tools (text links) ( Delete / View / Make DBF file / Donwload Manually) A check box next to all orders so we can select all for deletion. I envisage the process flow to be like this 1. A customer makes an order on the website (if order fails I.E. Barclays Bank do NOT take funds then DBF file is not generated) In this case the order would show as failed. 2. DBF files are created and placed in DBF Files directory ready for opera to collect them on a cron basis. 3. DDF files can then be seen in View orders section 4. We can then using the tools buttons next to each order either delete an order, view its details or manually re-create the associated DBF files. If we opt to manually create the DBF files again then they are placed in a directory called DBF Files/Manually Created and a tool text link appears next to this order to download them. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform As I said this work was started and I am attaching emails sent from the previous developer as they might help you. He also said he had created two librarys and they also may help so they are attched too. Please feel free to ask any questions.
