DHTML Menu Customization

Hi - I hired a coder from rentacoder to create drop-down menus but I'm not crazy about the way they look. I want someone to come in and clean up the menus. I think he used something called Infinity Menus or something like that, and I don't think he knows how to make it look the way I want it to look. I will give you links to look at to compare what I want it to look like and what the site currently looks like once I start talking to a couple coders. I don't want to give the links to everyone. Thanks for your understanding. So if you don't know what to bid, you can tell me what your hourly rates are and convince me you will be able to do it. Basically, what I don't like about our current site is that the menu text isn't the right color, it is underlined and I don't want it to be, the spacing isn't the same as our original design, and I don't want arrows on menu items that don't have a drop down. Also, if we could get a gradient background behind the menu like the original design has, that would be ideal. I can probably go through the CSS and figure this out but I feel like someone with more experience would be better. Please let me know if you think you can do this.
