Meta Search Feature

I need a meta search feature for my websites. This meta search feature will show the user the top three results from the main search engines. A non-disclosure agreement and non reverse engineer agreement must be signed for the rest of the details. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. The software must give the searcher the top 3 search results form each of the top search engines "Google, Yahoo, MSN, [login to view URL], Altavista, AOL, Lycos, Alltheweb, Overture, Askjeeves, Gigablast, Netscape, Looksmart, Dmoz. See [login to view URL] to get an idea of something similar. Also a banner ad with a search bar that users can type in a word or phrase to search for needs to be made, this search bar must be developed so that other website owners can load it onto their site that will bring the searcher to my site for the search results they are looking for. The banner ad must also have an anchor text link on it that can bring visitors to my web sites. The anchor text must be easy for me to change, so it can point to other websites I own. The banner ad must also have a design to look appealing to the user, as decided on by me. The search results must allow enough room for me to add Google Adsense, ads, and content on the Top, Bottom, left and right side of the search results. The search results must show were the result came from such as google or yahoo or etc. The results must also show a small picture of the website next to the search results. Each search result must show the first result from google then yahoo then MSN, Etc. Once the first set of results are in then start the second and third set of results in the same order as the first set of results such as with Google, Yahoo, MSN, Etc. The search results software must be able to work on other webpages on my same website. And also run on my other website. This way the software can work on inner webpages. The search software must not interfere with Google Adsense or any other functions of my websites or any of the affiliate websites that will have the banner ad search bar loaded onto their webpages. The software must also remove any duplicate search results and replace them with the next non-duplicate results. The search features must also allow the use of "quotes" and + signs to help the searcher find what they are looking for to narrow down their results. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform This meta search function and banner ad search bar will be compatible for any website.
