This project ( ASP.NET 3.5, DAL based on Linq. and ajax) is to develop a service ticket system ( similar to call center ) and integrate to a to an existing .net/MSSQL application that is used for service calls.
Basically the new application will be used by telephone service techs who would complete webforms to dispatch service repair technicians.. with the required parts etc.
The new application would be based on a series of webforms integrating to an existing db of models, parts and expected labour time.
I have attached two screen shots. The first ([login to view URL]) shows preliminary screens shots of webforms and the features prepared by the client.
The second screenshot ([login to view URL]) is a vew of the current application showing service work completed.
This projected is estimated at 500 hours **please base your bid on this amount of hours** and be sure that you able to dedicate the time necessary 30 hours per wk minimum and are **available** online chat email etc.
There is some preliminary work done by the previous coder
