1 page website with contact form

This is a one page website that includes 6 photographs and a contact link which will generate an email. Photos should be optimized for a quick download of the entire page. Each photo should be a link to a larger version of the photo. Please select fonts and a color scheme that places the short text and photos in a nice uniform layout. There will be one contact link. This link will open a contact form such that the viewer can fill out their name, telephone number(s), and email address accompanied by a short message. This information would then be transmitted as an email to two email addresses that will not appear on the site. A general suggested layout is included as a word document and all media is included in the attached zip file. Thanks! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform This website should self-format to fit various browser window sizes so that the content is dispalyed normally in any reasonably sized browser window. The contact form should be able to run on the go daddy basic hosting service.
