Hello, I'm looking for a developer to help me code a site that's similar to [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] - The idea behind this site is that people or agents who are listing their homes are able to go in and create a listing for their home. On the website I need the following to happen once someone ads their new home listing. 1. Syndication - I need the site to be able to automatically update different xml feeds to a few different places, so that the new listings show up in a few different places such as (craigslist, zillow, trulia, oodle, hotpads, cyberhomes, vast, google base, backpage, kijjiji, citycribs, livedeal, Properazzi, dothomes, [login to view URL]) 2. I need this to be able to generate a good looking designed HTML page for people as well, like the postlets one. I'd like to have 3 different HTML options they can chose from. 3. The system will require a backend automation type of deal where it generates a username and password for the user and allows them to login and edit and update their listings. 4. I need an admin interface that will allow me to manage these people as well. 5. I need the ability to charge for these services as well.
