Scheduling Module

Implemented in C#.net and/or VB.net: In need of a module that will take input data from an access database and organize the data according to priorities input by a form. Much of the code is already written except the actual organizing part. This project is currently in the form of a course scheduler for a University. This is purely a research project to become familiar with VB and C# .net. Since I can not figure out the database interaction code, I need someone to do it so I can look. This project will never be sold for profit. Details: An input form must allow for limitation data. for example, the university only wants engineering classes in a certain room. So the form would allow for the entry of the room and the department into an array and the process module would check the array for limitations as it organizes. All input data will be in an Access database as shown in the example attached to this request. Data will be output to a new database in the form of organized student schedules to include the student id, class and section, time, prof, and room. The module need not process all schedules, only 95% of input. The most important part of this is the interaction between the database and the processPriorities() function (see attachment). What is not needed in this project: -interface for entering information into database -back-end to display organized results This is a very simple project if you know how to access access databases from C#.net or VB.net. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
